For 4 servings
2 bowl of sprouts
4 glasses of water
1 cup tomato onion puree
1 tbso green chilli ginger paste
5 tbsp garlic red chilli powder paste
3 tbsp oil
5 tbsp coriander, chopped spring garlic
4 chopped onion
1 tbsp garam masala
4 to 5 clove
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard seeds, cumin seeds
2 tbsp turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder
1 bowl of your choice of namkeen

👉For Misal
👉 Take a pan add oil in it. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, whole red chilli,ginger chilli paste, garlic paste.
Now add tomato onion puree in it. Add salt and garam masala in it saute all well.
👉 Add sprouts, water,lemon juice, cloves,coriander in it. Cook it for 10 min. Misal is ready.
👉For Tari
Take pan add oil, garlic red chilli powder paste, salt, water, garam masala. Cook it for 2 min.
👉For salad
mix chopped onion, coriander, spring garlic , salt, lemon juice and mix all well. Salad is ready.
