🥦Ingredients 🥦
500 gm of broccoli
3 onion tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Green chilli,garlic, ginger chopped
2 to 3 walnuts
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 to 2 bayleaf
2 tbsp of green garlic
1 tbsp of red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
🥦Procedure🥦
👉Take a pan add oil in it add chopped onion in it. Add green chilli, ginger, garlic in it. Cook it for 5 min
👉Now add tomatoes in it. Add cumin coriander powder, salt, garam malasa, cinnamon powder. Cook it for 5 min then add 1 glass of water in it.
As this mixture comes to room temperature make puree of it.
👉Now take a pan add butter in it. Add chopped garlic in it. Add Bayleave in it. Add chopped broccoli in it. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add prepared puree in it. And cook it for another 5 to 6 min. Atlast add tanka of green garlic and red Chilli.
