500 gm of yam ( ratalu)
500 gm of potatoes
1 cup of ratlami sev
Coriander
Green chilli
2 tbsp chat masala
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
🍠Procedure🍠
👉Take food processor add Coriander, green chilli, ratlami sev, salt, chat masala in it. Churn it to make paste. Green chatni is ready.
👉Cook Ratalu (yam ) by steaming it. Add chat masala in it. Mess it properly add corn flour in it. Make dough from it
👉Same way cook potatoes add salt and corn flour make dough from it.
👉Now take plastic paper apply oil on it. After that roll the potaro dough. Put it aside with the plastic wrap.
Again take another plastic paper apply oil and roll ratalu dough. Now apply green chatni on it.
Take potato roti put it on the ratalu roti again roll them together. Cut the rolls.
After applying corn flour deep fry it.
