🥗Ingredients 🥗
20 to 25 Arbi leaves
2 cups of warm water
1 cup of jaggery
1 tbsp coriander cumin powder
1 tbsp red Chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger green chilli paste
2 cups of besan
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil
2 tbsp mustard seeds, sesame seeds
🥗Procedure🥗
👉Wash arbi leaves properly.
👉Take a bowl add warm water in it. Add jaggery in it. As jaggery got dilluted add ginger chilli paste turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, garam masala in it.
Now add besan make sure there isn't any lumps.
👉Now take 1 leave spread above batter on it. Arrange another leave spread batter repeat it for 3 to 4 leaves,now roll it. Put all rolls in steamer to steam it.
It will take 20 to 25 mins to cook.
👉 Take a pan add oil in it add sesame and mustard seeds in it. Now add sliced patra in it. Stir it for 5 to 10 min
