Today's recipe is..... Veg stir
Ingredients:
1 bowl of corn
1 bowl of cauliflower
1 bowl of cabbage (roughly chopped)
1 bowl of tomato and onion.(chopped)
2 tbsp of ginger and garlic (chopped), spring onions
2 tsp of Apple cyder vinegar, soya sauce, green chillies
Oil to fry
1/2 bowl of corn flour
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take corn, cauliflower, cabbage into a bowl add corn flour and salt to coat veggies. Fry it in frying pan. Remove excess oil. (You can either boil it too)
Take a pan add oil then ginger, garlic, chillies, add tomatoes and onion. Stir it until onion becomes golden brown. Add vinegar, soya sauce,salt.
Servings:
Garnish it with chopped spring onion.
