Today's recipe is............Dahi chat ( farali)
Ingredients:
1 bowl of moriyo ( bhagar)
2 to 3 cups of water
1 tbsp of green chilli , ginger paste
Oil to fry
1 bowl of sweet curd
Rock salt ( sindhav)
2 tbsp of red chilli powder, coriander
Procedure:
Take a deep pan boil water in to it. Add moriyo, ginger chilli paste, rock salt in it.
Stir it constantly so that lumps will not form. Cook it. If require add some more water.
As the above mixture gets cooked. Make small balls from it.
Now fry the balls into oil. Oil should be on medium flame.
As soon as it gets fried transfer it in to room temperature water. Press balls to remove excess water.
Now take curd add sugar in to it. Add rose water or rose Pettles In it.
Take balls add sweet curd in it.
Servings:
Garnish it by adding coriander, red chilli powder, fried potatoes, peanuts, pomegranate. Now it is ready to serve.
