Today's recipe is............Sprouts Kulcha
Ingredients:
1 bowl of Wheat flour
1 tbsp of oil
1/2 bowl of sprouts and spinach
1/4 bowl of carrot (/beetroot gratted)
1 tbsp of green chilli garlic paste
1 onion ( chopped)
2 tbsp of green chatni
3 tbsp of curd
3 tbsp of butter or ghee
Salt to taste
1 cup of water
Procedure:
Take a bowl add wheat flour, oil and salt using water bind daugh.
Take a pan. Add oil in it. Add chopped onion, garlic chilli paste, sprouts, spinach, carrot in it. Stir all well. Mixture is ready after 10 to 15 minutes.
Take daugh and roll it , stuff it with above mixture.
Now take another deep pan to cook kulcha as shown in picture. Apply water on both sides of kulcha so that it sticks to the container well. Cook kulcha in it. Apply butter or ghee as it is ready.
For green chatni
Take coriander, ginger, chilli, salt and some water, grind it using grinder. As paste is ready add curd in it.
Servings:
Serve kulcha hot with green chatni and onion. You can stuff cheese for cheese kulcha.
