Today's recipe is........... Vadapav
Ingredients:
1 bowl of potatoes ( cooked and messed)
1 tbsp of garlic, green chilli paste, lemon juice
1 tbsp of sesame seeds, garlic , red chilli powder, coriander( chopped)
1/ 2 bowl of split Bengal gram flour
1 cup of water
2 tsp of mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder
3 tbsp of green chatani
6 buns
Oil to fry
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add mustard seeds,as soon as seeds popped add asafoetida, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, curry leaves and green chilli garlic paste.
Add above mixture in to a bowl of messed potatoes, add salt, coriander and lemon juice in it. Make balls from it.
Take a pan add split Bengal gram flour, salt and water in it. Mix it well. Better is ready.
Now dip balls in to the better and deep fry it on medium flame. Vada is ready.
In food processor add sesame seeds, garlic, red chilli powder and salt. Dry chatni is ready.
Take non stick pan. Add butter or oil on it. Sprinkle dry chatni on it. Roast buns in it. Put vada in between buns.
You can serve it without roasting buns too.
Servings:
Serve it with green chatni and dry chatni.
