Today's recipe is....Cheesy spring dosa
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
1/2 cup of split Bengal gram ( chana dal)
1/4 cup of split black gram ( urad dal)
1 bowl of finely chopped vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, onion, tomatoes, carrot
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of black pepper powder
2 tbsp of oil , sambhar masala
1/2 bowl of gratted cheese
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Soak Rice, split black gram, split Bengal gram overnight or for 6 to 7 hours.
Using food processor make fine and smooth batter.
Take a bowl add vegetables in it. Add black pepper , lemon juice, salt green chillies in it. Mix all well.
Now take a pan add oil in it. Add above mixture in it and just stir it don't cook it. Now put it aside.
Take non stick spread batter on it. Use oil to Cook it both the sides now on one side spread cheese. Spread above salad in it. Wrap it.
For sambhar and chatni recipe follow the recipe of mysore masala dosa.
Servings:
Serve cheesy spring dosa with Sambhar and chatni.
