Today's recipe is...... Chinese sizzler
Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice( cooked)
1 bowl of cabbage ( choped)
1 bowl of capsicum( chopped)
1/2 bowl of tomatoes ( chopped)
1/ 2 bowl of carrot ( choped)
3 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli paste
3 tbsp of soya sauce, lemon juice or vinegar, spring garlic
Cabbage leaves 5 to 6
2 cup water
1 tbsp corn flour
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Procedure:
For Manchurian

For fried rice

For noodles

For French fries

For sauce
Take a pan add oil in it. Add 1 tbsp of ginger, chilli, garlic paste. Saute it well. Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, tomatoes, onion, salt in it. Now add 1 cup of water. Take a cup add corn flour in it. Now add this mixture in sauce. After 5 minutes sauce become thick.
Serrving:
Take sizzler plate and heat it. Apply oil on it and spread cabbage leaves on it. Place Manchurian, Rice, French fries , noodles and spread sauce and spring garlic on it.
