Today's recipe is.......Fried rice
Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice( cooked)
1/ 2 bowl of chopped vegetables like cabbage, onion, capsicum
1 tbsp of garlic, ginger, green chillies, spring garlic ( finely chopped)
1 tbsp of ginger, garlic paste, lemon juice or vinegar, soya sauce
Oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add ginger, garlic paste in it. Add finely chopped ginger garlic and green chillies in it.
Now add onion , cabbage , capsicum in it. Salute it well. Add soya sauce, lemon juice or vinegar in it.
Add cooked rice and mix all well. Add salt
In it.
Servings:
Sprinkle spring garlic on it. Rice is ready.
