Rice balls

Ingredients:

1 bowl of leftover  cooked rice
2 tbsp of all purpose flour 
1 tbsp of soaked red chilli paste
2 tbsp of green chilli, garlic, ginger paste
1 bowl of chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum, cabbage 
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry

Procedure:

Take a cup add hot water in it. Soak whole red chilli for 15 min in it.

Now take mixture jar add garlic, ginger, green chilli, soaked red chili and some water. Make fine paste from it.

Now take a bowl add all vegetables in it add above paste, salt, rice and all purpose flour. Mix all well. Make balls from it. 

Now deep fry it. ( add more or less all purpose flour according to the need of binding.)

Servings:
Serve it hot with salad.
