Dear diet........
Today's dish is .... Maroon Makkhaani
Ingridients:
2 bowl of chopped tomatos, onion, capsicum, carrots, cabbage, green peas, French beans (you can add vegetables of choice)
4 tsp of oil
1 tbp of ginger,garlic,green chili paste
2 tsp of garlic paste
2 tbs of peanut butter
3 to 4 cloves, bayleaves, black pepper
1 tsp of cumin seeds , garam masala, turmeric powder
1 to 2 cups of water
1/2 bowl of curd
1 tsp of chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds, garlic paste, stir all veggies into it. Add required salt.stir it atleast 4 to 5 minutes then switched off the gas stove. transfer it into another bowl.
Take a pan add oil add bayleaves ,Clove ,black pepper , chilli , ginger and garlic paste add chopped onion. Wait until it turned into golden brown then add chopped tomatoes . mix it well add peanut butter. Let it be cool.
Now grind the above mixture and make smooth paste of it
Take a pan add oil ,cumin seeds add the smooth paste. stir it till oil get separated add some water and garm masala and turmeric powder now add stir veggies leave it for 5 min.
Now off the flame add curd.
Servings:
Maroon Makkhaani is ready. Garnish it with coriander, cream and almonds.
